DELIVERY METHODS:
You can receive your order at any Nova Poshta branch or post office. Currently, this is the only postal operator we work with in Ukraine. Delivery options include:

International delivery by Ukrposhta is also possible to all countries of the world, except for two obvious ones. For countries where there are branches of the postal operator Nova Post (Nova Global), it is possible to order in this way. Please note that you need to make sure that there is a branch in your city to which we can send your order. Payment for international shipping services is made in advance for Ukrposhta and upon receipt for Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the order. The final cost of delivery for Ukrposhta is calculated automatically and added to the order amount. The approximate cost of delivery by Nova Poshta can be calculated using the calculator on their website.
Please note that the actual estimated value is indicated for all shipments, so depending on the customs regulations of your country, customs duties may be charged on the parcel.

We will ship your purchases after you have paid the full cost of the order online on the website.
Currently, cash on delivery orders are not available.
All orders are delivered at the customer's expense, but if the order amount exceeds 5000 UAH, delivery is free of charge for orders within Ukraine.
The calculation of the cost of delivery of orders and payment for additional services is carried out exclusively by the carrier.
The delivery time is from 1 to 7 days from the moment of receipt of payment (prepayment) or placing the order. This period may be extended if this is provided for by the specifics of the manufacture of the goods and is specified in the description.

Online orders can be paid for using Visa and Mastercard bank cards issued in Ukraine (partially available for other countries, clarification is required from partner banks).
When placing an order on the website, selecting ‘Online payment by card’ will open a separate acquirer page where you can choose any convenient payment method: ApplePay, GooglePay, PrivatPay, Privat24 or enter your Visa/Mastercard details. After being redirected to the secure payment system page, you only need to confirm the payment.
