Terms of return and exchange

The metakultura.store guarantees the acceptance/exchange of goods that have not been used within 14 days*. The period begins on the date of receipt and is regulated by the Law ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’.


To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:


1. the goods have not been used and show no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, alterations, etc.;

2. the goods are complete and the packaging is intact;

all labels and factory markings are preserved.

We will refund your order after receiving the goods and reviewing the return/exchange request, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the return/exchange request.


In what cases can an exchange/return of goods be refused?



An exchange/return of goods may be refused for the following reasons:


the integrity of the branded packaging, warranty seals, etc. has been compromised;

there is mechanical or other damage resulting from intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;

the design or structure of the goods has been compromised, unauthorised interference, repair or replacement of internal communications and components of the goods has been carried out.

Please note! Clothing that cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’:


gloves;

underwear;

underwear - thermal underwear, T-shirts;

socks;

hats;

used goods.

 


Please note!


Please note that we do not accept parcels sent with delivery charges payable by the recipient. In this case, the parcels are returned to the sender.


If the parcel is returned due to the fault of the store, namely:


- the goods do not match the description on the store's website;


- the code of the goods received does not match the code of the goods ordered;


- defective goods.


We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping after receiving a scanned copy of the carrier's receipt.


 


Product warranty


The goods in our MetaKultura store are covered by a warranty that confirms the absence of manufacturing defects in the goods. The warranty is valid for a period of 2 weeks to 12 months, depending on the manufacturer's service policy, and comes into effect two days after the order is handed over to the courier service.

 


 


The warranty does not cover the following defects:


- damage caused by misuse or violation of operating rules;


- accidental damage caused by the customer, or damage resulting from careless handling or use (exposure to liquids, dust, etc.);


- damage resulting from natural disasters (natural phenomena);


 


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Funds for the purchased product will be refunded after the following actions have been taken:


the buyer returns the product to the store's warehouse in its original condition. Our employee confirms its integrity, complete set, presence of factory markings, original packaging. The returned goods must be free of any damage, including scratches and chips;

consideration of the customer's application by a competent store employee for the return or replacement of the product;

 


TERMS FOR RETURNING/REPLACING A PRODUCT

The period during which the goods must be replaced/returned is 7 banking days. The period begins from the time the product is transferred to the warehouse together with the customer's application.
